These are our general terms and conditions. Together with the references contained herein, these terms and conditions apply to any agreement that we enter into with you.

We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. By entering into an agreement with us, you agree that the most recent version of our terms and conditions will always apply.

Article 1 - Services

Heatherfield Healing offers evidential mediumship readings, energy healing sessions, and intuitive oracle card readings. Sessions are conducted online, via Zoom.

Article 2 - Payments & Booking

The total price of each session is indicated on our website. Payment is taken at the time of booking, and is securely processed via Calendly.

All appointments are booked via Calendly, and the date and time default to the time zone that your device is set to. It is the client's responsibility to check that this is correct at the time of booking.

Article 3 - Refunds & Cancellations

Sessions cancelled up to 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given for sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or in cases where the client does not attend the session at the scheduled time.

In the event that Heatherfield Healing needs to cancel an arranged session, contact will be made with the client via email at the earliest available opportunity. The client will be given the option to either reschedule the session or to be refunded in full.

Decisions about providing refunds in any other scenarios are solely at the discretion of Heatherfield Healing.

Article 4 - Disclaimers

We are legally required to state that all services offered via our website are provided for entertainment purposes only.

By making a booking, you agree that any choices you make thereafter will be made of your own free will, using common sense and your best judgement.

The services provided do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice in any way. No guarantees are given regarding the accuracy of a reading. Mediumistic and psychic/intuitive readings are subject to interpretation, and Heatherfield Healing accepts no liability for any damage, losses, or other consequences of decisions made based on the information provided via our services.

Energy healing work should never be used to replace medicines or medical treatments. Anyone with a serious medical condition should consult their doctor before use. Furthermore, the term “healing”, wherever used, is used solely in a spiritual/metaphysical (rather than physical) context.

Article 5 - Complaints

If you have a complaint, we would like to work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please file your complaint by sending a detailed description to info@heatherfieldhealing.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible, but in any event within three working days. Should it take longer to handle your complaint, you will receive a notification within three working days to confirm that we have received your complaint, together with an indication of when we expect to respond. If we cannot settle a complaint between us, your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the dispute section below.

Article 6 - Disputes

Dutch law applies to these Terms. Subject to mandatory legal provisions providing otherwise, any conflicts that may ensue from these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts, in the district Noord Holland.
